NEW OPENING 

A prominent and award winning interior design firm is seeking a creative Senior Interior Designer / Associate who will engage with their vision and contribute and leverage their knowledge and experience across multiple project sectors.  This company encourages critical thinking and research in commercial workplace / retail strategic design projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Create and present interior design concepts in response to client needs 
• Discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting schedules for corporate / retail projects
• Considering materials, effects and costs, liaise with suppliers 
• Producing sample or mood boards for presentation to clients
• To liaise, where appropriate, with other members of the project team and other associated organisations / vendors or companies including client entities

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
• At least 6 years of related experience in architecture and / or interior design
• Experience in Office or Retail interior design will be highly regarded
• Proficient in interior design software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3D Max / Viz, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a creative design flair 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English
