Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of office administration to provide a friendly working environment and to achieve cost efficiencies
• Handle leave management & benefits support
• Supports buying trip operations and organize sample donation & dumping
• Supports travel arrangement (Local & Satellite office)
• Prepare office administration budget
• Organizes employee relations activities and company functions

Requirements

• University degree in business or related field
• 3-5-year experience in office administration in a sizeable organization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a collaborative environment
• Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese, including written and spoken
• Excellent computer skills in MS office and database applications
