Job Description
The Job
You will:
- work with Project Team on the site requirements in operation perspective
- plan and manage the new site takeover from the construction main contractor including site inspection, system handover, relevant document handover, operation training, etc.
- work with internal teams for the utmost efficient delivery of FM services before and after site opening
- monitor the service performance of various service contractors
- plan, review and maintain the ongoing maintenance plan, monitor the preventive maintenance schedule and advise of any upgrading work required
- develop, review and update operations and maintenance manual and business continuity plan with alignment to legal requirements and market practice
- support annual planning activities such as asset reviews, budgeting and capital project recommendations to ensure the expenditures are within budget
- assist to establish design criteria, direct the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, tender documents and monitor work progress for alterations, additions, improvement and maintenance works
- design and manage organizational events and documentation system, including computerized facility management system, occupational safety and health management system and program, staff’s training and development planning and management
About You
You should have:
- degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline
- at least 8 to 10 years’ relevant work experience in providing technical services, maintenance planning and project management, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- professional qualifications, e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, CFM, RICS, or equivalent preferred
- strong organizational skills, customer-oriented, detailed minded and able to work under pressure
- good communication and management skills to work with consultants, contractors and suppliers
- a passion or interest in Heritage and/or Contemporary Arts
