Our client is a interior design consultancy with an enviable reputation in the Asia Pacific Region. Due to continued growth across the Region, our client is looking to recruit a Senior / FF&E Leader to be based in its Hong Kong office.

Responsibility:

• Work with design team to determine all FF&E requirements
• Prepare Selection of all FF&E and Artwork items for the project working with the design team through every stage of the design process.
• Responsibility for developing the overall FF&E design from concept to hand over for a variety of hospitality projects on a global scale.
• Produce workbooks and specifications of all FF&E design
• Interpreting an initial client brief and create stunning Mood Boards.
• Prepare Selection of all FF&E and Artwork items for the project working with the design team through every stage of the design process.  
• Develop design concepts of all FF&E for presentations and prepare presentations in PowerPoint or hardcopy.

Requirement:

To secure this great role as a Senior / FF&E Designer you will have already been working in this sector for over 5 years and have a portfolio to prove it. As a team player you need to possess very good organisational skills, be proficient in Photoshop / Indesign / AutoCAD and have excellent proven knowledge of specifying, materials and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on major luxury 5* hotel and resort developments across the entire Region – Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, China etc.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as FF&E designer.
