Job Responsibilities:

• Design/ Construction Management
• Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants and sub-contractors
• Solve any arising problems from projects on site, attentive to details and construction documentation/ administration

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction and fitting out works
• Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop, and MS office
• Independent, self motivated, well organized and hardworking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Designer
