Requirements :

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in civil excavation projects;
2. Familiar with Tendering and Estimating, taking-offs, variation measurements, contract administration, purchase requisition and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors;
3. MRICS or HKIS professional qualification is an advantage;
4. Able to work independently and under pressure;
5. Candidate with less experience and/or qualification will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;
6. Immediate available is highly preferred.
