Requirements :

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering in Building Engineering (Building Services Engineering) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience 
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese; Putonghua advantageous
• Good experience in M&E aspect
• Consultant experience preferable
• Able to handle projects independently, self-motivated and disciplined
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
