Responsibilities:

• Work closely within the design team and report to Senior Interior Designers;
• Able to handle a full set of construction drawings, design documentation and presentation;
• Maintain good relationships with clients and external parties to ensure project completion.
• Review fitting-out details and site supervision.
• Liaise with various team members on design concepts and requirements.
• Provide positive working attitude in time management and reach company targets.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Min 5 years experience in office projects including cost estimation, tend & site management role.
• Min 5 years experience in handling 3,000SF to 20,000SF office interior fit out projects
• Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD and 3d drawing are required.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, readiness to take on new tasks.
• Willing to work overtime, outdoor, independently
• Good conceptual design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills and leadership.
• Creative, well organized, independent thinking hardworking and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate available or short notice preferable.
