Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and review full spectrum of quality policy associated product specification and customer requirement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problem.
• Coordinate with other internal division to identify the requirement inspection plans and quality standards.
• Factory Audit
• Identify Quality related training need and provide training
• Evaluate and conduct audit on supplier performance in terms of production process, quality and
• Conduct production improvement plan for supplier
• Hand le and resolve adhoc quality issue
• Lead and grow supplier quality team
  
  
  

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years management experience in product testing, quality control and process improvement
• Minimum 5 years management experience in quality assurance and inspection
• Good time management and communication skills, can work under pressure, and meet thigh schedules .
