Responsibilities:

• Responsible for course administration, design, delivery and evaluation of training programs to meet the organizational goals
• Develop and conduct training programs focusing in customer services and selling skills for Food Retail Business
• Develop trainer’s and participant’s manual for Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and support its implementation at store level
• Prepare and update relevant training resources, training manual, PowerPoint or any materials
• Evaluate the course effectiveness and take follow-up actions in order to achieve the objectives of program
• Coordinate other training programs organized by internal division or external consultant
• Maintain a retrievable and systematic filing system
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Human Resources, Training or Psychology or relevant discipline
• At least 1 year solid experience in training, preferably in Retail, F&B or FMCG industry
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• A good team player with strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, passion for food and able to work under pressure
