Responsibilities

• Assists in handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, HRIS implementation and etc.;
• Assists in formulating Human Resources Policies and Procedures;
• Handle a wide range of office management such as general office administration, procurement & maintenance of office equipment and supplies, office cleaning, office insurance to ensure overall company efficiency and cost effectiveness;
• Participate in any ad hoc HR & Administration assignments and implementation of HR & Administration projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years’ hand on experience in HR Generalist and Office Management in sizable organization;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other related legislation;
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, fast-learner, self-starter, flexible and cheerful;
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to meet deadline;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage.
