Key job responsibilities

• To provide instructional support to instructors and staff by designing and conducting seminars, training, updating professional training manuals to enhance instructional quality in China and Hong Kong
• To work with the Headquarter and other offices in China for the research, revision and implementation of the Kumon Mathematics/English/Chinese Language Programme
• To conduct regular visits and provide consultations to Kumon centers to ensure the quality of Mathematics/English/Chinese Language Programme in China and Hong Kong
• To study and follow up students’ learning progress, to learn from students and instructors and share best practices within the region
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
  
  
  

Basic job requirements:

For English:

• University graduate with a major in English / Literature / Translation

For Chinese:

• University graduate with a major in Chinese / Journalism
• Proficient in traditional and simplified Chinese

For Mathematics:

• University graduate with a major in Mathematics / Statistics / Physics
  
  
  

All candidates are required:

• 1-2 years related work experience, fresh university graduate has enthusiasm for education industry will also be considered
• Proficient in Putonghua and English is a must
• Excellent presentation skills. Candidates experienced in conducting training will have an added advantage
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, detail-minded, reliable & responsible
• Occasional travel is required
