Job Description
The incumbent will report to the Administration Officer to take part in the office relocation project:
Responsibilities:
- Accompany with the supervisor to attend meetings with designer house and vendors
- Conduct regular site visits
- Assist in monitoring office relocation logistics, including checklist updating and record keeping, etc.
- Administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with over 1 year of working experience
- Good communication skill
- Proficient in Computer Operation and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, well organized, initiative and hardworking
