The incumbent will report to the Administration Officer to take part in the office relocation project:

Responsibilities:

1. Accompany with the supervisor to attend meetings with designer house and vendors
2. Conduct regular site visits
3. Assist in monitoring office relocation logistics, including checklist updating and record keeping, etc.
4. Administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

•           Form 5 or above with over 1 year of working experience 
•           Good communication skill
•           Proficient in Computer Operation and Chinese Word Processing
•           Responsible, well organized, initiative and hardworking
