Responsibilities:

• Drive projects for processes development and improvement, manage and standardize all jigs & fixtures
• Validate tooling designs to ensure the capability and stability of all new operation process and process-flow

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• At least 10 years experience in leading up a team of engineers. Excellent coaching skills, capable in developing multicultural subordinates
• Solid experience in process management, such as Spot Welding, Stamping, Glue Application, Winding Machine, Jig & Fixtures, Tolerance Dimensioning and Automation
• Former successful implementation experience in Lean manufacturing, Gemba Kaizen
• Lean and Six Sigma implementation experience
• Good knowledge of TS16949, PFMEA, APQP/PPAP/PV, solid experience in SPC, DOE, GR&R, 8D Analysis and 5 why
• Fluent in spoken and written English, good in communication skills
