Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure Technical Publications, Manuals are up to date by maintaining Technical Publications Databases.
• Regular review of Technical publication revision from OEM’s website.
• Aircraft record keeping and archiving in accordance with regulatory standard and requirement.
• Tidy-up hard copies and electronic copiesof all aircraft records.
• Update and maintain computerized tracking system.
• Update aircraft log book entries.
• Prepare aircraft reports for C of A renewal.
• Assist Continuing Airworthiness Manager, FTM manager for other duties as instructed.

Job Requirements :

 Education:          

• Diploma in any aviation or relevant disciplines is preferable

Experience:

• 1 – 2 year experience in aviation industry is preferable

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in both the written and spoken English
• Mature and results-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
