Our client, a sizeable banking group, is currently seeking a Senior Officer join their property management team in managing the Bank's property.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maximize the return of a Bank’s investment property portfolio through leasing, lease renewal, sale & purchase of properties.
• Responsible to network with external developers/landlords to handle leasing and renewal of the Bank’s retail and corporate network based on the Bank’s network strategies.  

Requirements:  

• Diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications 
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in properties' relationship management, leasing and purchasing
• Sound knowledge of local property market and relevant ordinances/regulations
• Ability to work independently, with strong selling techniques, good negotiation and interpersonal skills  
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage

*** Candidate with less experience will be considered as the Property Management Officer position.
