Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial to the Chairman and general office administrative to any other staff of the Company
• Handle all incoming & outgoing mails & calls
• Maintain confidential records and information and to ensure that such information are handle with strictest confidence
• Handle appointment, schedules and arranges meeting for the Chairman
• Arrange  agenda and minutes of meeting for the Chairman
• Arrange the Company business travel requirements
• Perform any other assignment assigned by the Chairman and HOD

Requirements

• Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Business Admin. or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in administration function would be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment and integrity
• Immediate available is highly preferable
