Role and responsibilities

• Pre-cruise preparation, on-demand food & beverages services
• Amenities, laundry, ironing and other wardrobe maintenance tasks
• Effective communication with crew members, management company, passengers, caterers and port agents
• Carry out on board safety and security procedures
• Anticipate to VVIP clients’ needs in a professional manner
• Administration duties including inventories, expenses and trip reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years solid guest services experience at superyacht, airlines, high-end restaurant, hotel or cruise ship
• Good knowledge of F&B service, housekeeping and guest services
• Outstanding cabin and catering management with strong organizational capabilities
• Responsible, well-mannered with excellent interpersonal skills and learning ability 

• Willing to work in short notice period

• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin with basic computer skills
• Passionate about travelling, boating and fishing are advantages
