Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel;
- Supervise the front desk to provide quality services, provide on the job training to guest services officers and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints;
- Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively;
- To carry out all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
- To greet hotel guests and answer guest enquiries
- To handle guest reservation & confirmation
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in the role of Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Reception Manager;
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is mostly preferred;
- Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills;
- Mature, detail-minded, people oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
- Shift duty is required;
- Immediate available is preferred;
