• Support Floral Manager in all phases of floral activities and keep abreast of all activities of the department
• Check conditions of all flowers in the front area daily and freshen the flower arrangements when necessary
• Maintain good quality and cost control on all flower arrangements
• Ensure that all fresh flowers and floral accessories are properly stored in good condition and stocked adequately
• Assist Floral Manager with training to the team members to ensure job skills are constantly improved and developed in accordance with the established training plan
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial floral
• Stationed in Macau
