• Monitor handling, labelling, storage and delivery procedures for guest's luggages and items
• Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of all sections of Bell, Door & Valet and Sky Limousine Operations
• Monitor quality control mechanisms for Bell, Door, Valet, Baggage Check, Lobby Greeter and Sky Limousine services including service standards, staff grooming, equipment presentation, and health and safety
• Anticipate and respond to guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction
• Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications
• Supervisory experience in a five-star hotel is an advantage
• Stationed in Macau
