Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bakery menu planning and development
• Assist in the daily management and operation of the Bakery team in the Central Kitchen
• Provide appropriate trainings and guidance for the Bakery team
• Monitor the hygiene situation of the kitchen and provide food quality control

Requirements: 

•  Minimum 10 years relevant experience in catering & hospitality industry, with at least 2 years experience in Managerial level
• Good Bakery Knowledge
• Strong sense in creativity and innovative ideas
• Pleasant personality, well-organized with good interpersonal and management skills, service oriented, independent as well as a team work player
