Requirements: 

• At least HKCEE Level (Pass in English and Chinese), certificate in property management or related disciplines;
• 3 -5 years’ solid experience in property management of which at least 2 years in management of luxury / large-scale residential estates;
• Well versed in DMC, Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation;
• Customer-oriented and with good communication and organization skills;
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential. 

* Candidate with less experience will be consider as Concierge.*
