Job Description
職責：
- 協助日常採購工作
- 確保有足夠的食材應付日常運作
- 按照制定的食譜製作食物
- 協助每月盤點
- 確保廚房及食物出品衛生，檢測冰箱及食品溫度、急凍程序、食品儲存及日期標籤，以確保合乎ISO22000的標準
- 其他由部門主管委派的工作
入職要求:
- 8年或以上相關工作經驗，具酒店或會所經驗優先考慮
- 具餐飲創意及食物擺放藝術
- 可即時上班優先考慮
月薪：18,000 - 22,000
