Responsibilities

• Plan and organize customer’s overseas weddings. 
• Handle customer enquiries and order processing.
• Responsible for data entry and filing work.
• Liaise with customers, vendors & internal departments
• Assist in marketing event. e.g. Wedding Expo
• Assist in wedding product development

Requirements:

• Completion of F.5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience  in Travel Industry
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn
• Well organized and capable of prioritizing and handling workload
• Detail-minded, patient
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of using Abacus and Amadeus Reservation System is an advantage
