Responsibilities:

• Daily Management of lunch time and dinner time
• Work with Executive Chef to monitor and ensure the high standards of food quality and hygiene
• Assist in the kitchen operations management to supervise and coach team members to maximize productivity
• Prepare and make ingredients and food based on recipes
• Responsible for ordering, stock control and food storage
• Maintain good conditions for the kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the company standard
• Perform and maintain smooth daily operation in kitchen

Requirements:

• 4-5 years’ relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Hardworking, well-organized, good team-player and work independently
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene
• Interest in food and learning new flavor combinations
• Reasonable command of English
  
  
  

Working Location:  To Kwa Wan
Working Hours:       Monday to Saturday / From 11am to 8pm (Sunday off)
