The incumbent is responsible for managing budget and financial control activities to meet the Company business needs and targets.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for: 

• Sales and customer mix analysis
• Investment proposals analysis to support management in store opening decisions
• Profit and loss analysis
• Merchandise sales and stock analysis
• Competition analysis
• Pricing positioning
• Budget and forecast
• Consolidating weekly / monthly reports for Asia Pacific Region

Requirements: 

• University degree or equivalent;
• 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in retail industry preferably in business planning and controlling related department;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Good exposure to SAP application preferred;
• Self motivated, well organized and able to work independently as well as a team player;
• Good communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
