Job Responsibilities:

1. To analyze user requirements and perform system design and development to fulfil user requirements.
2. Work with Business Analyst team to collect user requirement and provide technical recommendation.
3. Defines application problem and troubleshoot application problems.
4. Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
5. Validate results by testing programs.
6. Prepare technical documentation for Business Analyst team and clients use.
7. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
8. Supervise and communicate with development team in SZ office.
9. Travel to SZ and Macau maybe required but not frequent.

 Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing or related disciplines
2. Minimum 5 years solid experience in Application development
3. Experience with Document Management System or Workflow Management System will be an advantage
4. Experience in Java/HTML/JavaScript/CSS/SQL
5. Experience on SDLC and writing technical specifications.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, able to working independently and under pressure
7. To leading and mentoring a development team.
8. Solid experience on database knowledge in MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL
9. Solid knowledge in J2EE, AJAX, SOAP, Apache Struts, Eclipse will be an advantage
10. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. And Mandarin will be an asset
11. Hardworking, team spirit, self-initiative and self-organized
