Job Responsibilities:

• Server OS Deployment support and handover acceptance check
• Network Equipment Deployment support and handover acceptance check
• Servers and Network Equipment failure & incident handling support
• Service request handling
• Routine Service and Maintenance support
• Coordination works

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Telecommunications or equivalent
• Proficient in mainstream PC server architecture and configuration
• Proficient in mainstream PC server installation, deployment, diagnostic troubleshooting
• Sound knowledge in Linux configuration, diagnostic and troubleshooting
• Strong Windows OS and Desktop knowledge, include Exchange and Server administration
• At least 1 year PC server maintenance and Linux system maintenance
• Understand TCP/IP, network exchange and routing protocol
• At least 1 year network device maintenance experience
• With CCNA will be an advantage
• Strong ownership and commitment to responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and coordination ability
• Excellent service and work attitude
• Good documentation ability
• Good command of written and speaking in English & Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
• Accept 24 hours shift work, if necessary.
• Willing to work overtime
• With Data Centre E&M experience and/or certificate of registered electrical worker will be a plus
