Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate specifications related to the Operations Team’s project
• Creative thought process on transforming business requirements to customer-centric solutions, particularly on mobile environment
• Evaluate alternative IT solutions on operation process & make appropriate recommendations to users
• Provide project administrative support, including user requirement; UAT planning and execution; communication planning; system training and procedural manuals documentation
• Ad hoc initiatives as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• University Graduate or Tertiary qualification on information systems, operations or business analysis preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance industry (preferably in operation) or financial service environment, and of which minimum 1 years at supervisory level
• Well versed in Life400/Life Asia, imaging, workflow process, online business transformation and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS excel, Access; knowledge of database system preferable
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with people at all level and multicultural teams
• Initiative, independent, analytical, patient and able to work under pressure
• Experience in development of test scenarios and test plans
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
