Job Description

The Company:

s   A global provider of cloud-based IT services with strong presence in Asia

s   Founded in 2004, went public on NYSE in 2012, with double digital growth plan in Asia – Now expanding the Hong Kong office

s   Its cloud-based ITSM software works across operating systems, servers, networking equipment, PCs, mobile devices to facilitate workflow automation, data consolidation, and administration of organizations' business processes.

 

Major Job Duties:

s   Provide the plan and execution aligned to the strategic direction of the solution consulting organization   

s   Provide the business and technical vision with our differentiators and strategy showing company’s value proposition to help customers achieve their goals.

s   Take ownership of critical opportunities and deliver technical win strategy

s   Be an advocate/evangelist of company’s cloud products in industry forums

s   Understand the needs of the regional sales organization, and develop collaborative plans to ensure outstanding growth in support of those needs

s   Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals

s   Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential clients to meet future business demands

s   Work with regional sales directors to prioritize regional solution consulting efforts

s   Align resources to sales opportunities, and consistently evaluate progress against goals

s   Align resources as required to marketing and other efforts to support demand generation

s   Develop and deploy team training curriculums to meet the changing demands of the sales organization

s   Evaluate team members regularly through analysis of direct observation, peer feedback and sales feedback

s   Alignment of resources and effective utilization of skill sets within the assigned region

s   Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.

 

Key Requirements:

s   Degree Holder in Computer Science or related

s   Drive business in their organization by building and managing a high performance team

s   Consultative solution selling experience and value realization in support of large sales campaigns in the GCR market

s   Lead large technical program pursuits

s   Ability to articulate the value technical capabilities bring to business oriented individuals

s   Experience in team management

s   Demonstrated ability to lead/drive projects to completion

s   Pre-sales experience, ITIL and ITSM experience highly desirable

s   Experience with the cloud product suites highly desirable
