Our client is a sizable company looking for a position of Contract Analyst Programmer working in Government Offices with following requirements.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Write programs and enhance/maintain existing programs
• Conduct program testing, system testing and user acceptance
• Prepare job control procedures for trial runs and production runs
• Assist in the systems design of computer applications
• Assist in preparing project reports and specifications
• Prepare and maintain program documentation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in IT / Computer Science related field
• At least 3 years’ post-qualification information technology experience
• Solid experience in application development, implementation or maintenance using programming languages and various development tools such as JAVA, J2EE, WebSphere, XML, C++, C#, COBOL, SQL, VB, Web Services,.NET
• Working experience in government project/ public sector is an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English
