We are looking for a System Analyst with enthusiasm to design and build backend system for digital entertainment service. The successful candidate will be involved in the end to end system development cycle from solution / vendor selection / evaluation, system design to coding and implementation to ensure the delivery of world class digital product and service.

The Job

• Manage backend systems including login and registration / customer management / subscription management, pricing and billing, through the effective use of available technology, including in house built or 3^rd party solution customization and integration, to make sure the best solution is being employed to meet the business target
• Lead a development team for those components to be developed and maintained by in-house resources
• Coordinate with product team and 3^rd party software providers to formulate a technical solution that fulfil business need and objective
• Line up necessary resources (in-house or vendor), define the development timeline, collaborate with product team for development schedule, maintain system documents (eg, system flow diagram, functional requirement specification), ensure the system development is delivered on time
• Secure the functional quality via system test and integration test before hand over system for user acceptance test
• Proactively seek available solutions/off-the-shelf products of respective areas, provide suggestion on product improvement brings by technology advancement

The Person

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years experiences in system design and development technology in Java, Web Services, J2EE, Struct, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Solid experience in Oracle Database; Payment Gateway, Billing system knowledge highly preferred
• Familiar with software development life cycle and IT documentation
• A self-starter with ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Candidates with outstanding qualification/experience will be considered for senior position
