Responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, troubleshooting support and problem resolution for customers.
• Manage service delivery with internal service teams or external vendors
• Work closely with other departments to provide reliable service and improve productivity
• Provide project/production support to end users regarding business applications
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines with MCSE qualification preferred.
• With at least 3 years in technical support role, preferrably in Insurance/Financial Service industry.
• Strong problem solving skill, organized, willing to learn new knowledge, and attentive to details.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, initiative, and team spirit.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• PMP, ITIL, and other IT professional certifications is preferred.
