■ Role

To provide daily operational, telephone and technical support as well as troubleshooting services to clients in a proactive and professional manner

■ Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support to clients on the phone
• Handle Helpdesk Phone Hotline and assist client enquires
• Handle Helpdesk mailbox and assist client enquires
• Collect relevant details and log all incident and request cases on the call logging system
• Keep customers informed on request status, progress and then update the case
• Close the request upon confirmation with users
• Handle IT equipment purchase request
• Handle IT equipment delivery request
• Handle Video Conference request
• Handle and submit Security Expectation Request
• Handle E-mail System administration

■ The person

• Customer-service oriented
• Good knowledge of Windows 7, Outlook, and Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to technical and non-technical staff 
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Good verbal troubleshooting skills
• Able to multi-task

■ Requirements

• At least 3-years Call Center, or Customer Service related experience
• Helpdesk Technical Support experience
• Excellent English - spoken and written
• Banking experience will be an advantage but not essential
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

■ Education

• Diploma holder or above in preferably Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
