Job Description
■ Role
To provide daily operational, telephone and technical support as well as troubleshooting services to clients in a proactive and professional manner
■ Responsibilities
- Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support to clients on the phone
- Handle Helpdesk Phone Hotline and assist client enquires
- Handle Helpdesk mailbox and assist client enquires
- Collect relevant details and log all incident and request cases on the call logging system
- Keep customers informed on request status, progress and then update the case
- Close the request upon confirmation with users
- Handle IT equipment purchase request
- Handle IT equipment delivery request
- Handle Video Conference request
- Handle and submit Security Expectation Request
- Handle E-mail System administration
■ The person
- Customer-service oriented
- Good knowledge of Windows 7, Outlook, and Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to technical and non-technical staff
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Good verbal troubleshooting skills
- Able to multi-task
■ Requirements
- At least 3-years Call Center, or Customer Service related experience
- Helpdesk Technical Support experience
- Excellent English - spoken and written
- Banking experience will be an advantage but not essential
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
■ Education
- Diploma holder or above in preferably Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
