• 主要負責香港辦公室的IT Helpdesk 工作，支持範圍包括桌上型電腦，筆記本，週邊設備以及相關IT設備的問題解決。（包括但不限於安裝，卸載，排錯，升級，應用等）。
• 使用者基本操作問題解答以及使用者軟體或者硬體使用技巧支援
• PC及相關外設硬體故障診斷，報修，包括聯繫原始廠商確認故障，接待和協助廠商提供現場服務。
• 印表機，掃描器等PC外設安裝與維護，影印機，印表機傳真機，投影機的日常維護和故障處理。
• 電視電話會議的服務支援及相關設備的日常維護。
• 電話系統和網路系統的簡單維護，包括cabling，埠配置等。以及日常網路故障的troubleshooting，能 夠和上級IT進行相關的技術溝通。
• 伺服器的日常故障診斷，並配合廠商提供現場服務。
• 能夠管理ADDS，創建維護使用者和電腦物件，設置相關存取權限，域組的管理。電腦加入域，群組原則應用等。

Job Requirements:

• 1-3年左右IT helpdesk desk 工作經驗。
• 熟練windows 7的管理和配置
• 瞭解TCP/IP網路原理。
• 可以講普通話，英語讀寫熟練溝通好，主動性強
