Responsibilities:

• Performs daily operational administration duties and manages a team of support engineers providing technical support to customer.
• Coordinates with/mentors junior support members to provide superior customer support.
• Tracks technical activities and processes within technical support
  to ensure customers are handled within defined Service Level Agreement.
• Accountable for operational performance including real-time SLA management, escalation, and communication
• Leads root-cause analyses, communicates options for resolution and provides recommendations to customer for technology problems.
• Serves as point person on escalated issues.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years or above experience in a large complex operations environment
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in troubleshooting/managing infrastructure technology such as Windows server OS, Enterprise Identity Systems, Server and Presentation virtualization, Messaging & Collaboration, storage and network security.
• Experience with Wintel base server 2003 & 2008, AD/ Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/ Lotus Notes
• Experience with Virtualization (Microsoft Virtual Server / VMware) is an advantage
• Certificate holder of MCSE, VCP etc is preferred
• Less experience will be consider as System Engineer
