Our Client is a Global Trading Platform currently looking for a CTO to oversee all the IT development and Infrastructure in the local R&D Team. They are looking for someone who has strong Financial Knowledge in Front Office/Brokerage and good technical background who can drive the projects globally. 

Duties:

•          Leading and managing a Global projects and a group of young developers and DevOps engineers to initial projects
•          Promote new technologies, manage the budget and resources for projects, create and implement technology standards
•          Stakeholders management on the vision of the technologies
•          Supervise software quality, information security and other compliance related matters

Requirements:

•          5 years+ IT management experience from a Financial Services background
•          Strong IT knowledge in Mobile Apps technologies, strong knowledge in iOS or Android
•      Financial Services industry is a must, FX is preferred, but Equities is also fine
•          Strong leadership skills and manage with an open minded mentality
•          Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
