Our team delivers award-winning customer care throughout our network of offices in Southern China and Asia Pacific. We seek an experienced IT & CRM Support to join us at our head office in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities

·         Provide IT support to internal staff in relation to hardware, software, networking as well as IT administration processes

·         Liaise with regional offices for IT support

·         Provide support on the CRM, digital marketing and e-business programs

·         Analyse CRM data and handle system to understand cross-channel customer behaviour and consumer profiles / segments

·         Plan and execute new and innovative CRM programs, including new CRM system and digital platform set-up and development

·         Website maintenance and provide html support to marketing team

·         Assist the marketing team with simple graphic editing

Requirements:

·         University Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or other IT related discipline

·         Minimum 1-2 years of experience of IT Support

·         Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, MS Server, MS Exchange, MS CRM, ASPX and HTML

·         Experience in web development

·         Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver would be an advantage

·         Well-organized, self-motivated & good communication skill

·         Able to work independently
