The Job

You will:

• Support systems operation and provide IT helpdesk services to internal users
• Oversee the smooth operation of network (LAN-WAN) to ensure its effectiveness and meeting the required service standard
• Provide troubleshoot and performance tuning in servers and systems.  Administer server-side support and maintenance, including Windows and VMware platform
• Manage the security and administration of all local servers and applications, including backup, anti-virus, anti-spam and personal firewall system updates
• Perform server configuration and monitoring.  Check the systems/servers on a regular basis to maintain the reliability and performance consistency of  all hardware and software
• Support the operations of all AV equipment including projectors, video conference sets in conference rooms. Set up and configure PC, tablet and smartphone (Blackberry, Apple and Android)
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedures and user guides.  Assist in other ad hoc projects

About You

You should have/be:

• Degree in relevant discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in the support role
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with client focused mentality
• Flexibility, self-motivation with can-do attitude.  Able to work independently
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and VMware is preferred
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as IT Operations Analyst
