Our client, a dynamic online media management company, is looking for a Portal Development Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

As the Portal Development Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand and support business goals for existing and future web properties.
• Select, manage and coordinate external vendors to manage the web operational process, from functional design to content creation and social media updates.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, and input from cross functional internal and external teams into design solutions.
• Manage the projects, resources and budget to design, develop and support the web portfolio development goals.
• Create and document solutions by various means including diagrams, site maps, user flows, annotated wireframes, and prototypes.
• Implement good visual design principles.
• Work closely with other teams to deliver a unified high quality customer experience through thoughtful integration with other social media platforms.
• Anticipate and effectively deal with market, customer or social trends that could enhance the company's opportunities or adversely impact business results.
• Participate in special projects and task forces as required.

 The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in web development and/or project management.
• Hands-on experience in visual design and modern interface technologies, including web, desktop and mobile platforms.
• Excellent track record in project management.
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving, project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Web savvy, creative, innovative, critical, strategic, multi tasked, embrace new challenges.
