Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for several Junior IT Helpdesk Engineers/Junior IT Deskside Engineers/Junior Data Center Operators:

Job Responsibilities:

Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer

• Responsible for answer all the phone calls to IT Helpdesk Hotline
• Record the call into the call logging system
• Follow up the calls’ status and coordinate with other IT engineers to solve the case
• Responsible for IT related log and documentations

Junior IT Deskside Engineer

• Provide IT support to all level of staff
• Answer all IT related queries from all the staff
• Responsible for installation and configuration of PC and related systems
• Troubleshoot and solve all the PC and other related devices problems
• Upgrade and replace network hardware
• Provide support for workstation software with patches, Internet connectivity and operating systems

Junior Data Centre Operator

• Responsible for daily routine monitoring and checking in network operation center, system monitoring and handle user enquiries
• Responsible for daily backup and documentation
• Issue command to active or deactivate devices according to schedule and instruction
• Carry out data center monitoring, operational and administrative tasks according to established procedures, practices and service pledges
• Input received incident or request into logging system

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or computer science field
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• 1 year or above experience in IT field will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, part time job or internship experience in IT field will be an advantage
