Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing day to day technical support for in house and sites
• Work with corporate to implement IT Projects
• Monitor daily Batching System and office and daily operation process
• Provide IT support on events in Hong Kong
• Follow up faculty hardware and helpdesk for new user account creation and hardware installation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability in Multi-task, fast moving working environment
• Familiar with Windows Operating System, Hardware, Networking will be preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English & Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred.
