Responsibilities:

• Data capture and verification of applications
• Underwrite insurance application and handle claims assessment
• Prepare underwriting quotes to client
• Maintain daily / monthly analysis reports
• Work closely with accounting and actuarial staff to ensure data accuracy
• Handle ad hoc requests and/or projects as required

Requirements:

• F.5 – F.7 matriculated or above
• Solid experience in life and health underwriting or claims OR Registered nurse OR Fresh graduate nursing student are welcomed
• Familiar with MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese typing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Able to work independently as well as contribute effectively as a team player
• Candidate with no experience in insurance industry but able to read and to summarize medical and laboratory reports will be considered as Assistant Underwriter
• Good performer will be considered for permanent position with priority
