Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system checking and monitor trading & settlement systems performance on daily basis
• Perform regular system maintenance and generate reports of financial website and systems
• Research and develop on-line financial services for web and mobile
• Initiate enhancement and upgrades regarding system design and infrastructure
• Handle customer enquiries as necessary
• Perform market rehearsals for system compatibility testing or enhancement
• Coordinate with internal departments, third parties & vendors from requirements analysis to delivery

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in banking and finance sector
• Good knowledge in Ayers and 2GoTrade securities/futures trading, settlement back office system and customer support
• Strong problem-solving, analytical mind & organizing skill
• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skill
• Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as fluency in Putonghua
