Responsibilities:

• Provide professional opinions on all medical cases
• Assess medical claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy
• Liaise with medical professionals including doctors, nurses, clinics and hospitals
• To conduct assessment and investigation for all in-patient claims

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry coupled with a solid background in handling in-patient claims
• Familiar with medical practice and insurance policy wordings
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
