Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion/Textile Merchandising or any related discipline
• 3-5 years above of working experience as a Buyer in fashion retail industry, with underwear buying experience is definite an advantage
• Solid experience in planning buying budget & costing calculation
• Possess strong analytical & quantitative skills, & sensitive to figures
• Well spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding and knowledge of fashion market trend and customer behavior on bodywear consumption in both HK & PRC market
• Formulate and implement all the seasonal buying and Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans to achieve the company’s business objectives.
• Prepare sell through reports & sales/product performance analysis to the management for formulating business & marketing strategies
• Implement merchandise distribution & monitor stock level; & coordinate with Sales & Operation Team to give input in sales promotion plans for reducing inventory
• Prepare brand & product materials & deliver product training to the frontline team
• Build relationship and negotiate with overseas suppliers
• Sourcing new brands & prepare seasonal review on brand mix for the retail chain
• Overseas travel is required

Salary : Negotiable
