The position is a full time position and will report to the General Manager. This key individual develops and runs all sports and leisure facilities of the Club. He/she will be responsible for motivating the Sports & Leisure team to ensure the highest possible standards of service are achieved.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Sports and Leisure Management or a related subject from a recognized University
• —8 years or above solid Sports and Leisure experience of which minimum 5 years in managerial level
• —Proven organisational and administrative skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• —Ability to work on own initiative in addition to taking a leadership role.
• —Good negotiation skills.
• —Ability to work under pressure, to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• —Flexible approach to work.
• —Event management experience preferably in a sporting context.
• —Excellent interpersonal skills
• —Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• —Computer literacy in Microsoft applications - Word/Excel/Powerpoint and database
