This position demands a strong knowledge of injection mould tooling, injection moulding, new product introduction, and project engineering. Strong leadership skill is required to manage inhouse tool shop work team which responsible for new tool fabrication and production tool maintenance.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate should be graduate in relevant engineering discipline, plus 8 years or above relevant experience in Injection Plastic and Metal stamping Tooling Manufacturing Industry. 

• Sound experience in detailed mould design and manufacturing
• Good technical background and process good knowledge of the latest technology in relation to material and tooling
• Knowledge and working experience on 3D CAD systems, preferably on Solidwork, Pro-E.
• Follow up and co-ordinate new tooling build process, tool qualification, tool debug and finally part qualification process.
• Strong leadership with a team of engineers in tooling operation
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is a must .
• Self-starter, self-motivated, proactive and good communicator.
• Familiar with TS16949 is a plus
• Station in Suzhou, PRC
