The Challenges

• Assist the Manager to develop online marketing strategies to achieve e-business objectives by conducting various analysis for continuous improvement recommendations generation
• Perform in-depth analysis on customer segmentation, purchasing behaviour, website traffic, click through rate and etc for management’s strategic planning
• Participate in the implementation of online marketing campaigns, customer engagement, loyalty and referral program
• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies in line with brand direction through online channels, including website, mini-sites, social media, search engine, mobile and interactive platforms, etc
• Analyze and evaluate site user behaviors and web traffic to improve the performance of all online campaigns and make recommendations to improve user experiences
• Analyze the Customer Data Base Evolution and the ROI for the all the tactics implemented
• Assist in proposing new ideas or improvements to CRM programs;
• To assist in conducting research on competitors’ loyalty program and strategies in the market

Your Experience

• Degree holder in Marketing, Digital Communications or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years solid experience in online marketing, digital media planning, online agencies or production houses
• Experience in Referral Program/Loyalty Program
• Experience in web project management or web analytics is an advantage
• Strong understanding on current e-marketing trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-pace work environment
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
